IPO Onboarding Team Lead Responsibilities:

The IPO Onboarding Team Lead will be part of the Onboarding / Migrations organization within the US Stock Plan service group for Morgan Stanley @ Work. The candidate will assist the team's manager in leading a team of IPO Project and Configuration Specialists that provide efficient and accurate technical implementation support to Shareworks by Morgan Stanley's clients.

The IPO Onboarding Team Lead:

• Leading a team of IPO Project and Configuration Specialists in the execution of the following activities:
  • Support the design and management of process workflows
  • Maintaining and utilizing the project workflow and checklists to ensure delivery of project deliverables
  • Performing configuration reviews, inclusive of end to end testing, and update configuration status when appropriate
  • Analyzing existing processes and tools, with the goal of identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensuring quality control of all developed and modified solutions
  • Lead internal team projects for development of skills within the team
  • Ensure successful delivery of process documentation and training as required
  • Provide backfill support for specialists or work on projects required on an ad-hoc basis
  • Completing data analysis of key KPIs for accurate manager reporting requirements
  • Project assignment and capacity planning support
  • Act as an escalation point for internal and external issues relating to IPO onboarding engagements

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Information Systems, Data Management, Business, Finance, Sciences, or similar field is preferred
• 1+ years' experience with coaching, training, and developing individuals or teams
• Expert knowledge of the Shareworks platform
• Experience working with data migration, or the management and manipulation of large amounts of data that at times may be ambiguous
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and high attention-to-detail
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment which often requires ongoing learning and training opportunities to be self-driven
• Proven success working in highly collaborative, team-centric environments is a must
• Proven success at delivering an exceptional client experience
• Expert knowledge and use of MS Office (Project, Excel, Access & Outlook); Knowledge of Stock Plan software; Salesforce and Jira applications
• Exposure to, or experience with, agile methodologies and environments
• Demonstrated proficiency with technology and technical concepts
