About the Role

iCapital Network’s Data & Operations department provides onboarding support and customer service to its rapidly growing investor base. You will assist with the review and remediation of investor documents. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a new team inside an innovative, growing company. This role will report into the Vice President, Document Review Team Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Review subscription agreements and other investor documents for completeness and accuracy, as well as compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Explain necessary remediations to bring investor documents into compliance
  • Maintain accurate investor data on iCapital’s proprietary technology platform
  • May assist with ad hoc requests (ie – reconciliations for acquired companies)
  • Ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external partners  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience required
  • Experience in client onboarding, fund administration or investor compliance reviewing investor documents is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with Alternative Investments would be helpful.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications such as Excel
