This is a full-time, remote based role.

Why We Need You

Our company is growing incredibly fast, and we need your experience and skills to expand our capabilities in support of scaling our business. We are building an integrated supply chain that connects customer demand with supply, so we have the right products in the right place at the right time. This role will be critical to facilitating the inventory activities supporting our global supply chain.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

We are seeking a motivated, qualified individual to join our company as an Inventory Coordinator. As part of our global supply chain operations team, you will ensure the smooth functioning of all aspects of our supply chain, including facilitating world class inventory practices & policies, monitoring inventory transactions, and reporting on our critical inventory KPIs. An efficient, functional supply chain is the backbone of our successful operations, and you will be a critical part of that success.

You need these qualifications

- 4 year college degree or equivalent experience working in a supply chain, operations, or inventory control function

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

- Ability to monitor and track all inventory-related movements in internal and external systems and accurately post transactions in ERP system and other platforms as needed

- Ability to update inventory-related databases and spreadsheets to provide inventory availability details to cross-functional teams

- Ability to reconcile transaction types across platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness

- Ability to research discrepancies and report out findings in relation to inventory reconciliations

- Capability of effectively working with accounting team to ensure all inventory transactions are posted within a timely manner and in accordance with our financial closing periods 

- Can efficiently support inventory management & operations teams with updated inventory data as needed to drive key decisions, allocations, and planning

It would be nice if…

- You’re knowledgeable in warehouse management systems and/or fulfillment operations

- You have experience working with NetSuite and Shopify

- You have Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
