About the Role:


The position is accountable for providing general inventory control support to the warehouse, Order Processing Planner, Department Supervisor and Area Manager. The incumbent will perform data entry activities, sku reconciliation, item/location audits, go backs, material transfers, destroy/donate process, verify and report material shortages and assist in other administrative support functions. Must be able to lift 35 lbs. 


Shift times are Sunday - Wednesday 5am-3:30pm MST

Major Responsibilities:

  • Perform bin counts to reconcile inventory, to include simple bin counts and cycle counts. 
  • Provides general support to the Inventory Control Supervisor.
  • Performs stock adjustments in warehouse management system and reports any adjustments to the Department Manager.
  • Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
  • Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry.
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies
  • Monitors and coordinates material transfer between locations.
  • Flag and report any abnormal material transfers to the Inventory Control Supervisor or Department manager.
  • Perform department audits as assigned by the Inventory Control Supervisor to ensure product receipt, inventory, returns, put-away, matches the warehouse management system.
  • Support the Control Desk, Priority Desk and High-volume Production line with missing items search.
  • Assists with other daily shipping schedule demands as required or assigned by the Inventory Control Supervisor.

  • High school Diploma preferred, but not required.
