Taking advantage of a global footprint consisting of offices in 54 countries, Chubb is able to place Surety bonds throughout Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific on behalf of our US based international clients.

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer Surety - the Surety Global Services Manager will be responsible for all aspects of international Surety Bond placements including providing guidance on local markets, premium registrations, reinsurance, and licensing.

Responsibilities:

  • Management responsibility for Team of four
  • Responsible for Accurate and Timely Bond registrations in-line with Surety Service Standards
  • Promote and Market Chubb International Capabilities Internally and Externally
  • Establish and Maintain Fronting Partner relationships
  • Monitor and Maintain Reinsurance Licenses
  • Provide Expertise and Guidance related to Surety Acceptability, Pricing and Compliance issues Globally
  • Facilitate Communication between US and COG Underwriters
  • Maintain Accuracy of Multination Research Tool
  • Report on International Exposures and Activity



Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 Years Surety Experience (International Surety experience desired)
  • Detail Orientated with Excellent Communication Skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Second Language a plus
