The Role


We have an ambitious roadmap to delight our customers and we are building a fully integrated AI/RPA focused payment platform. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and driving results within payment operation functionality to ensure our Bold promises (Instantaneous payment, and zero denials) to our provider partners. This leader will collaborate with engineers to enable Circulo’s multi-year roadmap to deliver transformational customer experiences. You will be both a thought-leader and a driver in executing the transformation of Medicaid through Circulo’s Intelligent Payment operation.

What you’ll need

  • Progressive experience in leading, developing, reimagining new and innovative technologies, solutions and processes. 
  • Deep empathy and understanding of provider and member needs within healthcare industry
  • Develops and builds out all required teams and/or functions related to claim adjudication and operations to enable a intelligent payment platform
  • Establishes partnership where needed to ensure Circulo’s commitment to providers and members
  • Experience with key themes in carrier and provider relationships including value-based payment models, accountable care organizations, digital health, social determinants of health, transparency, and interoperability. 
  • Effective story-teller, persuasive change-maker, and strong relationship builder with provider partners, state and/or other organizations.
  • Represents the organization both internally and to external clients, as needed, to encourage open communication and maintains relationships
  • Experienced in developing appropriate measurement to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions / process changes 
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with a high cadence for reinventing and shipping new products, solutions, and processes.

Who we are looking for

  • 10+ years combined experience within healthcare technology, ideally with a focus on payment platforms including advanced uses of automation.
  • Experience managing complex business operations, driving efficiencies, scaling for growth, and implementing appropriate operational controls 
  • Proven ability for envisioning, designing, and assisting in developing claim, billing, and other processes to be automated
  • Experience with multiple products (Medicare, Medicaid, Duals, Commercial)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate relationships with other team members
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
