The Role
The role of an Insuretech Onboarding Specialist consists of working with the sales team and support client activities post sale and for trials. The Insuretech Onboarding Specialist will serve as the main client POC for technical training, implementation, and post-sale customer service. The role will play an active role in a key division of Overhaul Operations, utilizing our innovative software solutions. Duties will include technical requirement gathering, training client teams, project management, collaborating with carriers, drivers and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a salaried position with competitive pay and an excellent benefits package for full-time positions.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Engage with Customers for initial technical requirement gathering
- Deliver training session and training materials to clients
- Act as the main POC for client onboarding and support
- Project management and ensuring deliverables are met
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Customer Support Teams to ensure a thorough approach is taken to appropriately and comprehensively address customer needs
- Maintain thorough awareness and understanding of Overhaul technology and service products
