The role:
--Provide excellent customer service and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Support will be provided either in person or over the phone.
--Administration and support of Microsoft Windows Active Directory environment including users, printers, Microsoft Exchange, Remote Desktop Services, and Office 365.
--Implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including firewall, switches, and wireless technology.
--Carry out routine network maintenance and support tasks.
--Train computer users.
--This position is on-site at QLI in Omaha, NE.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
2. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred).
3. Minimum of two years' experience working in a computer/technical support position (required).
4. Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Cisco and Cisco Meraki networking infrastructure including switches, firewall, and wireless technology (preferred).
5. Adept in computer systems, mobile devices, assistive technology and other technology products, and have the ability to solve problems related to IT processes.
6. Possess excellent problem-solving skills, be self-motivated, and utilize exceptional communication skills.
7. Employ excellent organizational and time-management skills.
