Description
This position is a remote based position with limited to no travel involved.

Georgia-Pacific is currently recruiting for an Information Management Leader in our Project Services team for the Corporate Projects and Engineering Group. This group consists of individuals across the United States working with our Discrete and Continuous Manufacturing project teams on capital project execution.

The Information Management Leader role will be responsible for supporting the overall success of our projects. This key resource will help develop strategy, resource and execution plans for System improvement opportunities. They will be involved in activities such as: Championing our Information Management system which consists of Autodesk BUILD and Autodesk VAULT with System Administrator tasks, user training, troubleshooting, Office Hours, and integrations to other processes and systems such as EcoSys.


What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Guide internal and external partners with use of our Information Management processes and tools to support the timely sharing of collaborative information, making it easy to find, access, and update, as well as support the controlled changes in critical documents such as engineering drawings without proper document controls, version control, and change management aligned with decision rights.
  • Partner with internal and external project and program team members to organize project and program information, schedules, meetings, processes, reports, and Information Management system updates.
  • Develop a playbook with our key partners to facilitate engagement and alignment around information management.
  • Continually evaluate and improve processes and procedures to maximize efficiencies.
  • Lead transformation of project close out activities (RIM, and turnover packages) from legacy processes and tools to automated and electronic processes and tools.



The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:

  • Experience with processes such as organizing tasks, collaborating with teams, meeting with stakeholders, providing statuses, developing reports, and tracking progress
  • Experience leading teams
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel creating workbooks, filtering, sorting, as well as data extraction
  • Experience learning new software programs in a fast-paced environment


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Accounting, Construction Management, Science or IT
  • Project experience involving construction
  • Experience with Design Collaboration or Model Coordination
  • Experience using Autodesk Products such as the Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Vault, Autodesk design tools, AutoCAD, PlanGrid, and BIM 360 as well as EcoSys, and Project scheduling tools.
  • Experience working with other information or Information management systems such as Adept, SAP, MP2, and Asset Suite
  • Management of specifications and standards experience

For this role, we anticipate paying \$70k to \$120k per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
