As an experienced Infrastructure Support professional, your relentless dedication to innovation will have a positive ripple effect on both innovation and the people who make it. You'll put your experience to work across the board, leading an incredibly talented team in areas like Change Management, Incident and Problem Management. You'll be responsible for management communication and client relationship management. You'll use your critical thinking skills to establish the team's functional goals and set priorities and objectives that align with our overall strategy. You'll oversee areas like incident management, change management, impact identification, management communication, Risk and Controls, client relationship management, service improvement, discovery/gathering/documenting of business needs and data and requirements. You'll coach, manage and mentor people, both in-house and in working collaboration with our talented and dedicated problem-solving technologists across the JPMorgan Chase & Co. global network.
As an actively contributing member of the Global Enterprise Technology Crisis Management Team you will work closely with resiliency peers within each Sub Line of Business, Technology, and Firmwide Business Resiliency to assess, collate and represent Enterprise Technology during scheduled Crisis Management calls.
The team's mission and commitment is to ensure that through design, development, execution and maintenance of Business Impact Assessments and Business Continuity Plans covering Enterprise Technology, our owned essential services remain available during a disruption and we can accurately report upon staff impacts and recovery strategies.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • Working across a wide range of technology and business partners to develop plans, define processes, and implement strategies to mitigate the impact of potential adverse conditions such as natural disasters, acts of terror/war, cyberattacks, epidemics/pandemics, etc. on company operations
  • Work with a wide range of business teams to conduct business impact assessments, identify critical services, define recovery objectives, and map critical dependencies
  • Lead validation, maintenance, and testing of recovery and business plans with different degrees of complexity
  • Build mapping that aligns technology recovery with business impact requirements
  • Facilitate business impact analysis and risk assessments to determine potential effects to operations and lead conversations to build associated solutions to avoid interruptions
  • Support of regulatory exams
  • Support Crisis Management events to ensure appropriate communication and governance across Enterprise Technology
  • Respond and support any accident or natural disaster requiring technology or people to respond for workaround and/or recovery in region.
  • Prepare and represent Enterprise Technology on all sponsored Crisis simulation exercises within region. These can include pandemics, natural disasters, violent acts or malware.
  • Participate in any Crisis calls, Global Business Resiliency planning or test events in line with the strategic plan from the Global Crisis and Resiliency functions
  • Liaise with Global Technology Business Resiliency leads in region to ensure awareness and expectations to each Crisis situation.

  • Data Analysis, Validation, Testing, and Reporting experience

The group proactively and strategically partners with all lines of business and functions to enable them to design, adopt and integrate appropriate controls; deliver processes and solutions efficiently and consistently; and drive automation of controls.
