Inbound Development Operations Manager
This role will be responsible for providing Zoom’s global Online SDR organization with the strategy, reporting and operations they need to be successful in their roles. This role reports into the Marketing Operations team. The position entails cross-functionally partnering with SDR leaders, Marketing, Sales Operations and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless SDR coordination. We’re seeking a strong leader and a self-starter who has executed operations functions previously, within a rapidly scaling environment.
Responsibilities:
Own Process Accuracy and Analytics
Highlight current successful and/or strategic initiatives to bring to a wider SDR audience
Provide best practices to bring innovation and knowledge to the team
Institute governance to ensure SDR processes that align with marketing goals and messaging
Manage SDR Operations and Strategy:
Work cross-functionally with team members to ensure SDR strategy is aligned with overall business goals and needs
Communicate and manage SDR analytics to drive change and efficiency
Develop SDR KPIs for compensation, effectiveness and tool usage
Proficiency in building reporting in Salesforce, Outreach and/or Zendesk, to help find leading indicators for performance, and to highlight trends across different cohorts of the SDR Org
Partner with Marketing Leadership to ensure SDRs have the appropriate set of tools to manage and track their business
Own workflows for qualifying, CRM, and inbound automation solutions directly related to SDR frameworks and sales approach
Deliver actionable ad-hoc intelligence and recommendations
Requirements:
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of SaaS experience in a Sales, Operations, or Analytics role
Proficiency in Salesforce Domo/Tableau, LeanData, Outreach
Nice to have, some level of comfort with large data sets and/or SQL
Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and actively build solutions for gaps that are slowing or blocking our ability to achieve results
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and good self-awareness
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Colorado Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$82,350.00 USD
Maximum :
$160,560.00 USD
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
