Be part of a team that is changing how all market area execute the day-to-day work. The Ericsson Performance & Transformation team has the challenge to increase Customer Experience and operational efficiency by innovative ways, processes automation and facts-based decisions!

We are looking for an Improvement & Performance Manager to lead projects at towards Ericsson`s quest for easy, striving a cultural shift via Ericsson`s Digital Transformation and focusing on customer value and experience.

You will:

  • Manage improvements, from understanding the opportunity up to completion
  • Manage senior leaders and sponsors through all the phases of change, by managing resistance, build awareness and generate willingness to change
  • Design and improve process and components including automation
  • Analyze metrics and processes, utilizing data mining tools
  • Deliver trainings for new change leaders
  • Collaborate locally and globally on standardized processes
  • Enable and secure right competence within the improvement management community
  • Collaborate with the Digital Transformation community, be a change agent of Ericsson culture

    To be successful in the role you must have:


  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, IT or the equivalent experience. Master's degree is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, collaborative tools, Business Intelligence tools
  • Inventing and innovating
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including communications, networking and storytelling
  • Certified in Change and Improvement Management (Agile, Lean Startup, Design Thinking or Lean Six Sigma)
  • Applying expertise and technology
  • Experience in leading cross-functional project teams (including virtual teams)
