Implementation Specialist
Position Summary
Locusview Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment of our mobile application platform with our clients. In this role, you will directly impact the success of Locusview technology within a client’s organization. The Implementation Specialist plays a key role in each phase of the project.
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful adoption of Locusview technology by our clients. Implementation Specialists gather deployment and training requirements by meeting with clients, creating and executing customized client deployment plans, and supporting technology's long-term success through technical support and frequent client interactions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead onsite and virtual-based requirement gathering sessions to define deployment and training requirements for individual clients
- Create detailed end-user training and deployment plans that include coordination between client sites that often span multiple US states
- Transfer client-specific knowledge to the LocusView training team to support successful onsite training sessions
- Assist in creating and executing detailed user acceptance testing scripts
- Hold a recurring meeting with clients to identify potential issues, improvements and provide general ongoing support
- Provide long-term client-specific technical support to ensure successful end-user adoption and overall client success
- Review client-specific deployment reports developed by on-site trainers
- Assist in creating client-specific training guides and documentation
- Process client orders and deliver hardware to direct to the customer
Requirements:
- Do-whatever-it-takes attitude to customer success
- 2+ years of relevant work experience implementing technical solutions
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working with IT solutions and/or mobile technologies
- Experience gathering and implementing deployment based requirements for a technical solution
- Comfortable supporting iOS and Android operating systems
- Authorized to work in the US
- Willing to travel up to 25% throughout the US
Preferred Experience and Qualities:
- Experience working in the utility, energy, or pipeline industries
- Experience working with field-based data collection, including mapping and surveying technologies
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Experience troubleshooting and problem-solving technical solutions
- Experience developing deployment and training plans
- Experience creating testing scripts for a technical solution
- Experience creating technical documentation
- Fluency in both the English and Spanish languages
