Raymond Westis seeking a customer-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our winning team! This position will install software from various vendors in support of iWAREHOUSE product sales. This position will train customers on how to use various hardware/software interfaces. The Specialist will be available for on-going backend customer support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Work with the iWAREHOUSE sales project-team prior to the sale to make sure the team has current system-requirement information and to help understand current functionality of the various iWAREHOUSE product offerings.
  • Work with the customer and their IT staff during the implementation process to establish the required environment to connect iWAREHOUSE hardware to the customer network, including servers, computers, and trucks as needed.
  • Once iWAREHOUSE is installed, this position will train, or assist in training, at the customer site, IT and other personnel on truck-hardware interface, and the software available.
  • Conduct web-based training as needed to support iWAREHOUSE products.
  • Field calls and emails from customers who request additional assistance in using the software or to troubleshoot the IT side of iWAREHOUSE products).
  • May be assigned to assist Raymond West field technicians in answering IT related questions about iWAREHOUSE products.

  • Familiarity with all types of equipment Raymond West sells and services.
  • Good organizational skills.

  • Capable of communicating with people at all levels of management at Raymond West and the Raymond factory, and with customer employees and management.

  • Willing to work variable hours;Frequently travels over-night to and interfaces with internal and/or external customers in situations that often require a high degree of tact and discretion.

  • Able to work with customers via phone, email, and/or web-based interface.
  • Trains end-users and technical staff and provides guidance on advanced network/systems issues.
  • Must be able to work in a variety of conditions depending on assignment, to include extended periods of standing as well as extended periods in front of a computer terminal.
  • Requires the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Maintains database and/or records, files, correspondence, etc., with appropriate supporting material.
  • Requires specialized system knowledge in order to analyze, understand, and communicate detailed information effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Proficient in IT Networking aspects; setting up permissions, server setup (both virtual and physical), Wi-Fi connectivity, software installation,
  • Experience and proficiency in customer support.
  • Willing to travel out of state to attend seminars and classes to update and improve skills.
  • Capable of making sound decisions taking into consideration relevant facts and conditions.
  • Professional appearance in accordance with company policies.
  • Utilize time efficiently by prioritizing tasks in accordance with company and customer needs.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and dependability.
  • Maintain a sound working relationship with all technicians and fellow workers.
  • Able to work in conjunction with other departments as needed.
  • Willing and able to learn quickly and perform accurately and neatly with a degree of flexibility.
  • Willing to assume more responsibility as required.
  • Willing to comply with the employee handbook.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science is preferred; or a combined minimum of five years field experience, related industry experience, and training; or equivalent combination of education and two-years of field experience.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
MS Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Windows OS, command line network troubleshooting (ping, ipconfig, tracert) TCP/IP protocol, network encryption (WPA, WPA2, Enterprise level with and without cert files).
