Implementation Operations Leader

CINC is a fully integrated cloud-based homeowners' association accounting and property management software system that develops accounting and management software solutions that support the running of the day to day activities of Homeowners Associations and Management Companies.

Job Description

The Implementation Operations Leader has ultimate accountability for operational and development phases of deliverables and implementations. This includes the processes and the development and operational work. This is most pronounced in data development but also includes and is not limited to report development, and other deliverables such as Homeowner Board Apps. The over arching objective of the Implementation Operations Leader is to free up the implementation leaders by removing blockers and building efficient, scalable delivery operations

The Implementation Operations Leader is a member of the Implementation and Training Leadership Team and will therefor collaborate with and contribute to all areas of Implementations and Training.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Team: Lead the establishment of an operations team. This may include on and offshore colleagues and contractors. Lead, Teach, and ensure compliance amongst team.
  • Infrastructure: Establish and evolve workflows, artifacts, business processes, and tools for seamless, end to end delivery
  • Metrics: Establish and manage metrics for operational delivery efficiency, prioritization, and capacity management
  • Repository: establish inventory of deliverables (such as data sources, common reports, etc) and respective optimized delivery best practices
  • Player Coach: Hands on work as senior level individual contributor as appropriate
  • Communications: gather input from and disseminate information to stakeholders across the department, organization, and client base.
  • Product Management: Liaise with product and development teams to build and evolve tools which increase efficiency and improve client satisfaction
  • Subject Matter Expert: provide advice and guidance during sales, implementation, and support



Requirements

Requirements

  • Detailed oriented, organized, able to multi-task
  • Proficient with tools such as Excel and knowledgeable in SQL
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate clearly and professionally with management, internal team members, and customers.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with SSIS and/or other ETL tools strongly preferred
  • Experience with SSRS and/or Crystal Reports preferred
  • Agile team leadership experience strongly preferred
  • 3+ years managing teams and establishing business processes
