About the team
This position is a technical application support role for ImageCentre/FCM (FIS Content Management), an industry leading, module-based content management and document imaging suite. We are a solution that provides many widely utilized functions within the financial and business industry. The application interfaces with many other FIS products suites along with third party applications. The team operates at a fast pace and is expanding its client base quickly. The core functionality is report archiving, document management and tracking, and workflow processing.
What you will be doing
This role is assigned cases for the resolution of processing issues and functionality concerns. The support technician will document client and internal updates along the case lifecycle through resolution or escalation reassignment. You will work both independently and with senior technical staff to correct the described concerns. You will work in both the software GUI and Oracle SQL database to resolve many issues. This role is also expected to communicate with other vendors such as core processing applications, and Document Retrieval applications.
What you bring:

  • 1-3 years Banking Operations, Customer Service, and/or technical support.
  • Intrapersonal skills when dealing with a large client base
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Problem solving and intuitive thinking
  • Excellent work ethic and self-motivating


Added bonus if you have:

  • Core banking or item processing software experience
  • Oracle SQL experience
  • Service Now case management/ticketing experience
  • Microsoft software application experience (Client OCX via TCP/IP communication to server-side COM-Component Object Model applications, Remote Desktop Connection Manager/RDC, Office)
  • Image handling and conversion experience
