IAM Security Specialist

San Antonio, TX [Laureate]

The Tier 1 User Admin Lead will oversee operations of user admins in San Antonio.

Job Responsibilities
• Support IAM processes, using standard procedures, working across teams, to ensure that IAM duties are executed according to client standards. • Manage IAM technical projects across the account, working with members of infrastructure, development, functional, and client teams to ensure projects are completed in a timely and comprehensive manner. • Lead IAM team members in operational support. • Work with Security and Client teams to provide documentation and artifacts pertaining to IAM procedures. • Maintain accurate tracking within manual and automated toolsets.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
2-4 years of experience in systems security.

Other Job Specific Skills
• Microsoft Excel - Intermediate. • Project Management - Beginner. • Operations Support tools (e.g. Jira) - Intermediate.• Familiarity with Cybersecurity and/or Compliance Requirements.
