Bullhorn is looking for a Hypercare Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team.
Why this job is important:
As a Hypercare Technical Consultant, you will work within a POD of resource(s) and together you will be responsible for building deeper business relationships with all new BullhornONE and BTE clients post their implementation go-live and within their duration of the Hypercare Program. You will work closely and collaboratively within your Hypercare Team POD, Project Implementation team, Sales, Support and Professional Services to ensure a smooth post Go-Live transition for each of your clients.
A typical day might include:
Cross-functional collaboration with members of your Hypercare Pod and other Bullhorn departments (Hypercare, Support, Sales, Professional Services, Product, SI Partners) as it relates to customer driven activities i.e. escalations, product enhancements etc.
Analyzing post go-live root-cause application issues, identifying their severity, and proposing fixes
Owning customer issues from initial report to resolution, collaborating cross-functionally to fix the problem, and communicating with customers regularly regarding issue status
Assist with BullhornOne and BTE familiarization and training sessions with your client
Escalating trouble tickets and priority issues to internal partners when necessary
Ad-hoc meeting requests both internally and externally
Early engagement with the Project Implementation team and Client to gain familiarity with the client’s unique business processes.
Setting the client up for success in their transition from Hypercare to BullhornOne and BTE Support

1+ years of experience in a technical support role
Prior experience in the recruiting industry is desired, as is experience supporting/implementing a CRM product
Experience with Java, SQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript
API knowledge
Experience with Google suite of products
