We’re looking for a HRIS Operations Associate to join the People Team!
What you’ll do:
Own HR related responsibilities such as day-to-day administrative tasks, employment onboarding & off-boarding procedures and other HR related projects.
Welcome new employees to the company; set them up in our HR systems, and perform employee related verifications.
Ensure a smooth off-boarding experience and prepare termination files
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
Manage and maintain employee data and files in our HRIS (Workday).
Identify opportunities for efficiency and streamline existing HR business processes.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
1+ years of Workday Core HCM experience
Preferred qualifications:
3+ years Workday Core HCM experience
1+ years Workday Reporting experience
