We are seeking a Help Desk Engineer who is looking to get their foot in the door with IT, sharpen your skill set, and grow within the company. If you are looking for an environment that provides creative freedom, work-life balance, and meaningful relationships, keep scrolling down.

How you will achieve success:

  • Educate and equip Spreetailers with everything they need to communicate with each other 100%. Including location-to-location communications as well as in-office communications. 
  • Ensure Spreetailers have exactly what they need at all times from a technology perspective. 
  • Ensure that the IT Team is delivering a near-perfect product to all of Spreetail by responding to HelpDesk and In-Person requests as quickly as possible. 
  • Assist Spreetailers with Operating System issues, including IOS and Windows 10. 
  • Equip Spreetailers with the technology to do their job, which will include Operating System Imaging and Deployment Technologies. 

What experiences will help you in this role:

  • Strong customer service skills, including strong emotional intelligence; the ability to empathize with end-users. 
  • A strong desire to learn and understand existing technology and processes. 
  • High school Diploma and experience with some type of technology-based learning; Mentorship, College, Trade School, Certifications. Bachelor's degree is not a requirement.
  • Knowledge of Audio/Visual Technologies; Skype For Business and/or Logitech preferred, O365 in the cloud and locally installed would be great, and Security best practices and technologies.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer service-related role; technology preferred.
