Dragon Ambient eXperince (DAX) works nearly in real-time with a physician and their care team to complete documentation of clinic visits. Our team works to support healthcare providers and their patients by using an emerging technology platform to complete confidential medical documentation summaries of patient encounters. DAX saves time for providers by delivering accurate documentation within hours of patient visits. Documentation includes patient histories, exams, radiographic findings, assessments, and treatment plans. Specialists make healthcare functional and efficient by allowing providers to keep their focus on their patients
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Expected to work closely with the PM and the customer to support expansion of DAX for new and existing customers.
• Focus on clinical documentation and providing high quality documentation support to our customers. As we go-live with new clinicians, ensure clinical documentation meets our quality standards and build a framework for better provider experience.
• Collaborate with research on documentation measures for consistency, better quality AI and better documentation for the reviewers
• Expertise in EHR's like EPIC, Cerner, Athena
• Responsibilities:
• Work with DAX leadership team to expand virtual documentation services to new customers and multiple specialties v
• Work with DAX product team to develop, review, and deploy standardized documentation to be used across a specialty and/or practice.
• Provide clinical documentation for go-lives to set initial documentation expectations with new customers.
• Drive prescriptive framework (Templates, patterns) for new accounts and act as champion for Nuance technologies.
• Communicate with DAX customers to resolve quality or workflow concerns and to make changes to the templates based on provider feedback.
• Provide documentation feedback to Quality Documentation Specialist (QDS)and operations leadership during and post implementation.
• Use EHR functionality for best practices documentation
• Work closely with the Research team to drive processes for expediting draft automation

Qualifications & Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Professional with expertise in clinical documentation (scribe, MA, tech, coder, admin, etc.)
• Experience with Athena, Epic, Allscripts, Cerner, Nextech or EMA.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Experience in training scribes or managing a scribe program.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethics.
• Adhering to timelines.
• Innovative trouble shooter, constantly striving for process improvement.
• Exceed customer expectations.
