The Role

The Practice Manager is a key member of the Circulo Health team who builds, manages, and fosters the success of the Health Hub.

Our health professionals work together providing whole-person health where and when our members need us. We leverage a diverse array of resources to deliver the physical, behavioral, and social services that our members need.

Who we are looking for:

• Experience with virtual patient engagement, patient centered action and/or care plans, resource management.
• Minimum 5-6 years of successful experience managing/leading teams
• Clinical training and/or extensive experience in a health setting.
• Experience in a start-up organization and/or rapidly evolving environment.
• Financial responsibility for managing a business unit or service line.
• Experience navigating the health care systems (insurance, medical services, social services).
• Strong communication and relationship skills with demonstrated success partnering with providers and other team members to support wellness and prevention.
• Adaptable, organized, efficient, independent self-starter and problem-solver; a leader, a strategic thinker, and a mentor, who is excited about the big picture of whole community health.
