Your Impact

Our early career talent strategy focuses on growing our own future leaders starting with attracting, selecting and developing new graduates and early career professionals.  The  University and Early Career Hiring Leader is a player/coach who plays  a critical role in designing, implementing, and scaling a robust university and early career recruiting program. As DISCO continues to grow, this individual will have a massive impact on how we build relationships and partner with universities throughout the world to bring top entry-level talent to DISCO. In our pilot year, you will experiment with and evaluate new and ‘out-of-the-box’ approaches to recruiting programs to optimize and shape our approach. 

What You'll Do

  • Optimize and operationalize an effective, scalable, and differentiated approach to university and early career hiring, including full-time and intern positions
  • Serve as a player coach building and leading a high-performing team of recruiters to deliver an excellent candidate experience and deliver top talent to the business  
  • Build a strong brand that is recognizable to and sought after by early career candidates and students
  • Identify and evaluate program and candidate metrics to refine our university strategy universities and programs 
  • Build and/or optimize recruiting systems, processes, and tools to accurately monitor, track and report on progress toward meaningful goals and facilitate 
  • Communicate, coordinate, plan and execute across multiple teams and the business
  • Optimize our use of recruiting systems and tools  (we use Greenhouse, among other tools) to enhance our position and prospects on campus 
  • Provide business and talent insights to leaders, drawing from recruiting metrics and data and make recommendations to troubleshoot and enhance processes and outcomes 
  • Conduct regular check ins with key functional leaders to maintain alignment on our progress and results  

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience
  • 3+ years campus recruiting experience  
  • 2+ years working as a people leader, or a direct manager
  • Experience in a program focused on recruiting top 10% graduates from premier universities, competing with offers from top tech, investment banking, and management consulting firms
  • You have earned a Bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience in recruiting operations, processes, and procedures
  • You fear boredom more than change, and are energized by dynamic, evolving environments You take initiative, navigate orgs easily, and enjoy problem solving and building programs
