We're looking for a Director of North American Channel sales to build, implement, and scale high-velocity channel programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including partner marketing, partner enablement, professional services, and partner operations to build light touch, high-impact channel programs. You will be responsible for owning the business strategy, channel sales team performance, and overall revenue-generating outcomes.

The Role:
- Design and develop a channel strategy for recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and growing an ecosystem of meaningful partner relationships.
- Implement a channel sales model.
- Lead a team of dedicated regional channel sales managers focused on revenue generation, product differentiation, and partnership innovations.
- Manage strategic negotiations and complex partnership structures.
