ClickUp is looking for a Head Of Go To Market Systems to join our IT team to lead the GTM systems team. As part of our IT team, you will establish the GTM technology strategy and collaborate with key stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Success, and Support teams on alignment and execution.

 

Here's what you'll do:

  • Define GTM Systems strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals partnering with key leaders and stakeholders.
  • Empower managers, analysts, and admins and Own all aspects of GTM systems to deliver on the business commitment.
  • Partner with other IT teams to develop capabilities supporting multiple departments and build integrations. 
  • Own the annual and quarterly planning process in partnership with business stakeholders
  • Analyze current processes and make recommendations for improvement
  • Establish partnerships with third-party vendors to ensure effective service delivery

 

Here's what we're looking for:

  • 12+ years of experience in implementing and enhancing systems supporting Marketing, Sales, Success, and Support
  • Extensive experience implementing and managing Saas platforms Salesforce, Marketo, Iterable, Zendesk, Chorus.ai, Gainsight, etc.,
  • Experience building a diverse team and empowering other managers and senior IC's  
  • Prior experience working for a fast-paced company is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Positive problem solver who loves the challenge of advancing customer service beyond the status quo
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across many different operating teams
