The Global campaigns lead will drive the planning, implementation, and measurement for multi-channel demand generation programs that will impact both inbound pipeline generation, and accelerate revenue. We are looking for an engaging individual who wants to build high impact programs from the ground up. This person will work closely with global sales, business development, and product marketing to develop scalable marketing programs.
Responsibilities
- Build our paid media strategy for Tegus focusing on delivering strong ROI across several channels and creating a content distribution network that helps target our ICP and accounts
- Be responsible for our account focused marketing programs across all channels and partner strongly with our sales and business development teams to execute on these programs
- Facilitate ongoing training sessions and track effectiveness of programs
- Identify skill gaps in sales and build recommendations to drive sales skills improvements and KPIs
- Develop clear targets for all global campaigns channels and ensure delivery against these targets
- Prepare reports and dashboards, reporting on the effectiveness of demand generation programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional experience in a B2B marketing role with direct pipeline or revenue targets
- Ability to manage marketing budgets with high levels of rigor and a strong focus on return
- A strong understanding of the marketing and sales funnel both from a lead to pipeline generation perspective and a pipeline to close perspective
- Strong understanding of and experience in marketing technologies, processes, and best practices including ABM digital tools, Salesforce, marketing automation tools and core digital platforms such as Google and LinkedIn
- Strong ability to manage multiple and competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
