Rarible.com is a leading decentralized multichain NFT marketplace with over $300 million in trading volume to date. Rarible is home to a variety of communities including PFP collections, digital art, music, metaverses, gaming, and more. 

We are looking for a dedicated web3 native Head of Events to join the team and take care of events strategy and execution, from presence at conferences and hackathons, to immersive experiences, parties, community meetups and whatever we can imagine and bring to life together ;)

Key responsibilities

• Own events strategy and execution for Rarible, including Rarible.com and Rarible Protocol 
• Manage event marketing planning process, timelines, production flow; help establish event marketing operating procedures and plans
• Manage the event development process and timelines to ensure on-time delivery and activation
• Manage event program budgets and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with marketing, community and BD teams to shape the events strategy and creative concepts

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in producing and managing events at scale 
• Deep immersion and understanding of the NFT community 
• Passion to create next-level fun and engaging experiences 
• Self-starter who can self-prioritize tasks and remain productive with minimal supervision
• Ability to succeed in a global, remote environment, working cross-company successfully to drive results
• Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
