GTM Communications and Operations Manager

We are looking for a Go to market Communications and Operations Manager who will be a key member of the Global Operations team and partner to our Go-To-Market Leadership to help run internal and external programs and communications.

What you will be doing:
- Drive customer and partner outreach, engagement through various communication channels
- Collaborating with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies
- Long-term go to market planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals
- Coordinating different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities
- Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency
- Engage with clients and client facing teams to ensure deadlines are met and team members are held accountable
- Bring a mindset of open communication and collaboration across the company to ensure teams are fully aligned
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally in communications
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail and comfortable with ambiguity and boundless opportunity
- Prior experience working in a start-up or small business environment a plus
