We are looking for a Go to market Communications and Operations Manager who will be a key member of the Global Operations team and partner to our Go-To-Market Leadership to help run internal and external programs and communications.

What you will be doing:

  • Drive customer and partner outreach, engagement through various communication channels
  • Collaborating with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies
  • Long-term go to market planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals
  • Coordinating different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities 
  • Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency
  • Engage with clients and client facing teams to ensure deadlines are met and team members are held accountable
  • Bring a mindset of open communication and collaboration across the company to ensure teams are fully aligned

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally in communications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail and comfortable with ambiguity and boundless opportunity
  • Prior experience working in a start-up or small business environment a plus
