Growth Operations Associate
As a Growth Operations Associate you’ll be diving deep into our pay and productivity metrics to help make sure that every time a Runner logs into Favor they’re having a best-in-class experience. We’re looking for someone willing to track our internal data and maintain a focused lens on the competitive landscape from both an hourly and per-delivery perspective. As part of the Market Balance team you’ll be working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and more to report back on how we can best structure our platform with regards to pay.
Responsibilities:
- Manage ongoing pay metrics reporting, both internally and externally
- Conduct Market Research into pay structures across the on-demand and delivery industries
- Regularly conduct on-the ground reporting in the form of testing both our and our competitor’s platforms
- Partner with our Marketing team to ensure our bonuses and incentives are attainable and lucrative to the relevant Runner Pools
- Work with Market Ops and Product Research to design and maintain Runner Profiles
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of analytics experience
- Strong written and verbal communications along with data visualization ability
- Willingness to work “in the field” to experientially understand Runner behavior
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to explain your work
