We are hiring a Growth Engagement Associate out of our Charlotte, NC office to support our Tax vertical. We're quickly growing, and you will be a key part of accelerating that growth. 

You will launch marketing campaigns across owned channels like email and push to increase activation, strengthen engagement and prevent/reduce churn. You will test and learn quickly in partnership with the rest of the team to identify and implement opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead engagement initiatives from inception to launch across multiple channels, including email and push
  • Use data to identify opportunities to engage with members, inform segmentation, and define targeting strategies
  • Generate data-driven hypotheses for improving channel performance and design/implement A/B tests for ongoing messaging optimization
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Product, Engineering and Analytics to transform your ideas into compelling messages and product experiences

Minimum Basic Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in growth marketing or a data-driven field
  • Demonstrated record of impact on bottom-funnel KPIs (e.g., revenue, conversion)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of email marketing experience
  • High-capacity multi-tasker with the ability to work in an unstructured environment
  • Data driven and detail oriented
  • Ability and willingness to learn quickly
  • Experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests
  • High energy and positive attitude with a "can do," solution-oriented mindset
  • Past experience with SQL
  • Intermediate Excel skills
