We are looking to hiring a Google Ads Specialist for our office located in Omaha, NE. This is a full-time position, and with a workday schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. (flexible start/end times) unless otherwise specified. Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance is required. This is is a on-site role, working in the Omaha office.

Position Overview:

Paid Ads Specialists at Franchise Rocket are responsible for the developing and managing various online marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, Bing, Facebook, YouTube Ads and paid Social Media Advertising. These team members develop account strategy, manage advertising spend, and monitor lead generation for multiple clients in the home service franchise industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage paid search campaigns utilizing various paid search platforms including but not limited to: Google, Facebook, and Bing
  • Manage Search and Remarketing advertising campaigns
  • Launch and maintain Google Local Service Ads profiles
  • Adjust strategy and budgets to meet clients campaign goals
  • Conduct keyword research, perform competitive research, write ad copy, and implement bid optimizations
  • Contribute to continually improving best practices for account optimization.
  • Maintain the reporting platform and provide monthly performance reports for clients.
  • Manage tasks timely and accurately
  • Work with internal departments to communicate campaign results
  • Stay up to date with the latest platform updates and trends
  • Completion of Keyword research to ensure maximum exposure across relevant topics
  • Set up of A/B tests for ad copies and landing pages to ensure accounts are pushing the most relevant message to improve upon overall KPIs
  • Managing keyword bids across several accounts so that they are operating as efficiently as possible
  • Performing frequent competitor research to understand what competitors are doing and devising strategies accordingly off the back of findings

  • Keeping up to date with Search & PPC related trends and industry developments
  • Showing initiative in identifying areas for improvement in the accounts, such as increasing efficiency or driving more volume
  • Analyzing past data trends with the aim of estimating future performance and outlining potential quick wins
  • Providing regular actionable data and key insights to assist with ongoing optimization

Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience as Digital Marketer
  • Excellent understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Email Marketing
  • Understand brands/consumers intuitively with a proven ability to identify consumer pain points
  • Experience with B2C Google Ads, digital campaigns, and SEO/SEM strategies
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
  • Have some knowledge with WordPress
  • 4+ years of experience executing media planning and buying campaigns
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of day-to-day responsibilities for campaigns
  • Proficiency in digital trends, best practices, and measuring campaigns against KPIs.
  • Skilled in optimizing digital media: CPM/display ads, retargeting, paid social media, search, etc.
  • Strong working knowledge of paid channels, including Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more
  • You have excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • You are self-motivated and creative, with a strong sense of accountability, and have high-quality standards

Both an overarching strategist and tactical implementer, are key to this role.
