GO Performance Manager
Summary
Performance Manager for our land-based Gaming Operations product portfolio. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Gaming Operations. Internal specialist on game performance, product knowledge, competitive intel, and assisting our sales team and casino partners. Managing analytics for Gaming Operations products and reporting opportunities to grow our install base and increase revenue for our casino operating partners.
What you'll do

  • Responsible for all industry reporting summaries on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Tracking Gaming Operation product launches, install base, risks, and new growth opportunities
  • Research competitors' products, track slot industry product trends, and perform tradeshow overviews
  • Assisting the Sr. Manager of Gaming Operations with managing new GPAs (Game Product Agreements)
  • Managing Gaming Operations performance data and identifying opportunities for sales team
  • Assist with product and implementation strategies for Gaming Operations
  • Managing internal executive summaries relative to department goals and performance
  • Work with the Business Analyst and Global Product teams on product roadmaps and strategy
  • This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate


What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Requires professional analytic experience and comfort dealing with multiple data sources
  • Ability to write and build analytical reports and presentations
  • Intermediate SQL skills experience is a must.
  • Strong skills in the Microsoft D365 Suite; particularly: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with Microsoft Access a plus
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Strong writing skills are an important part of this job function
