Title : Global Travel Associate Job Description :As part of the Global Travel team, the Global Travel Associate's role is to provide support to the Global Travel Administrator. Travel Program Scope includes, but is not limited to, global outsourced travel agency relationship, global third-party travel credit card program, and management of the global travel expense reimbursement system. Specific responsibility over Global T&E Policy Compliance, Metric Reporting, Corporate Card Administration & other day to day program management and issue tracking/resolution as needed. Responsibilities :

• Responsible for administration of travel card program (US Bank), including card issuance/termination, issue tracking/resolution, delinquency reporting and compliance reporting 40%
• Responsible for Global Travel Program compliance governance, including email notifications, tracking and reporting of key travel-related compliance metrics. 35%
• Responsible for Customer Service related inquiries from employees, including policy, expense reporting and travel booking 25%

Preferred Skills :

• 2 -5 years or more experience in the Travel Industry
• Experience using or administering Automated expense reimbursement tools (Concur, Chrome River, Databasics, etc.)

• Experience using or administering Online Booking tools (Concur Travel, Get There etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Education :

• 2 year college or Associates degree highly preferred
