Global Innovation Lead-Virtual

What this job involves

We are looking for the right individual to join the team as a Global Innovation Lead and help us define our go-forward strategy and product direction for a new account in Work Dynamics. If you are right for this role you will instinctively know good product design when you see it. You will have the skill set and tool kit to quickly learn about your customers and their needs, the ability to prioritize, execute and deliver innovative approaches to create great experiences for real estate customers. You understand that you build what you measure and will have a strong metrics and data driven approach. You will have a well-established history of partnering with product owners to successfully deliver products to market. You will have a history of working within agile organizations. You understand that it takes a team to bring a successful product to market, but you also understand that it is you that needs to make things happen.

Responsibilities
• Understand your customer.
• Be a key individual contributor in a 2-3-person product management team.
• Manage short- and long-term release planning. Own, and build alignment around, short and long term product roadmaps specific to the application marketplace.
• You will create detailed specifications for the various integration connectors in the marketplace.
• Track, analyze, and iterate on hypotheses to continuously drive product satisfaction.
• Articulate a clear vision to technical and non-technical stakeholders and passionately drive results.
• Define, track and report on key milestones and business metrics

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical subject.
• 4+ years of individual contributor product management experience.
• Previous experience with lean product development approaches and customer development a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities and prior experience with building business cases, data analysis, and problem-solving
• Strong skills around cross-functional collaboration, influence, and communication and writing.
• Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others
• Incredible attention to detail, with structured problem-solving approach
