The Hospitality & Menu Senior Specialist will be responsible for maintaining menu data integrity in relation to the company’s venue management system. The Hospitality & Menu Sr. Specialist will interface with other data teams, product coordinator teams and the global culinary team. The position is based in the Global Offices in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains service level agreement for hospitality menu management
  • Follows rules and procedures to advance consistent data governance
  • Leads data implementation of hospitality programs
  • Serves as subject matter expert for understanding and troubleshooting software systems
  • Collaborates with regional stakeholders to ensure menu accuracy and establish timelines
  • Acts as a resource for inquiries regarding hospitality menu data
  • Assists in training and development of new team members regarding menu management and hospitality POS systems
  • Supports Culinary team with item management
  • Working knowledge and understanding of hosting & downstream systems.
  • Effectively communicates with multiple regions, ensuring accurate & efficient results.
  • Provides the highest level of customer service to our business partners.
  • Assists with special projects as assigned and other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Ability to understand and interpret culinary menus
  • Very strong organization skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and delegate work
  • Proven ability to work independently and be a team player
  • Ability to travel to regions for support and Regional/National meetings as needed (approx. 5%)
  • Intermediate Excel skills and technical aptitude/comfort with recipe management software
  • Ability to analyze data, identify cost opportunities, and make sound recommendations for recipe or menu modifications that would provide improved quality and financial results
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Desired Work Experience

  • Requires High School diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Supply chain, data operations, purchasing and/or operations in retail grocery.
  • Working knowledge of hosting and downstream systems.
