Serve as Project Manager (CRM) for Global Workforce Real Estate and Facilities (GWREF). The Project Manager is a strategic role that requires collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure business needs are met. This includes understanding how a project impacts the strategic roadmap of the business and aligning project execution to help achieve business objectives. The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented. This role is heavily matrixed across our Third-Party suppliers, Regional Facility Managers and Real Estate Platform leads and will spearhead project planning, health, and value across the department.
Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Provide leadership within the project team and set the right tone given the needs of the project, this includes defining the project vision and scope with the support of the governance team.
  • Lead communication across the project team by identifying all affected stakeholders and resources required, ensure collaboration occurs between staff of all departments and vendor organizations.
  • Build a cohesive and high performing team and ensure project requirements are gathered, documented, and formally approved.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule in collaboration with team members.
  • Identify and manage risks with mitigation, contingency, or other risk response plans.
  • Develop and follow appropriate data and metrics to evaluate the completeness and quality of project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with team members and support improvement related to processes and procedures.
  • Involve the appropriate parties to ensure that technology solutions are compatible with Micron's enterprise architecture, service environment, and policy.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Global project delivery, background in Semi Conductors a plus.
  • Contract management experience and a good understanding and application of legal issues.
  • Experience of management multiple work streams with multiple dependencies, partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with building process across organizations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills at all levels with the ability to adapt style and approach to varied audiences and stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and present conceptual information to all levels of management.
  • Strong Project management skills and experience.
  • Integrity and the ability to deal with confidential information are essential.
  • Highly self-motivated, strong work ethic results oriented and energetic.
