ClickUp is looking for a highly motivated Global Enablement Manager who has owned L&D end to end in their previous companies with a passion for designing and delivering highly-impactful L&D programs. We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated person who can think strategically and lead as well as execute with fine precision.

 

The Role:

  • Create and deploy programs to enable cross-functional internal teams as well as partners and customers on the ClickUp product, as well as each audience's specific needs.
  • The Global Enablement Manager will ensure collaboration across teams on reusable assets and create a consistent and standard onboarding & certification process.
  • You'll partner with key business stakeholders to understand their priorities and design learning and development programs that support those objectives.
  • Partner with organizational leaders to measure the success of enablement programs.
  • Build enablement teams that can cater to the needs of each type of audience, sales, partners, customer success, customers, etc.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer, and Partner Enablement Managers to design and develop innovative onboarding training programs for internal teams and customer teams
  • Partner cross-functionally to determine and build onboarding objectives, success metrics, and milestones 
  • Ensure programs are scalable and accessible for all revenue teams, in alignment with the broader enablement program for customer-facing teams at ClickUp
  • Clearly define roles and responsibilities between enablement, management, and mentors; outlining accountability Leverage LMS (Skilljar) to build distributed cross-segment onboarding training
  • Capture feedback on Onboarding programs to identify and address process improvement opportunities over time
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to set up repeatable dashboards for constant visibility into leading and lagging indicators to inform iterations
  • Prepare Sales, Customer, and Partner Enablement Managers for their Quarterly Business Reviews with data on-ramp by role, segment, and cohort start date; identifying program strengths and opportunities
  • Partner with Recruiting team and Revenue Onboarding manager to streamline and standardize new hire start process
  • Build and support pre-boarding and onboarding comms to provide a clear overview and expectations of the Onboarding program to drive new hire engagement

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience leading global enablement programs at a software company.
  • Working with global remote teams to build programs from scratch including customer-facing university-type platforms & certification programs.
  • 10+ yrs experience in leading enablement teams (both internal employees as well as external enablement programs)
  • A background in education content creation, designing education programs at scale, for a global audience.
  • Experience building solutions in LMS, Community, and content creation SaaS platforms.
  • Accountable for key financials of the Enablement Team, driving P&L success of paid-for-training programs.
  • Passion for optimizing revenue teams, empowering others, and demonstrating impact to the organization 
  • Metrics focused, with an advanced strategy for measuring the impact of enablement programs
