Introduction
The IBM Technology Strategic Partnership is at the forefront of driving cultural, behavioral and structural change to generate growth for IBM, by pulling through IBM technology sales in Consulting engagements and vice versa. We are in 'start up' mode and seek a motivated individual to roll their sleeves up and build new enablement programs, leveraging a complex existing ecosystem of Practices and Products.
Your Role and Responsibilities
We are in search of a senior strategic and thought leader who can set the strategy and overall governance to meet organization demand for the skills and capability while working with a broader IBM stakeholders, and Partners (alliances) ecosystem.
The responsibilities of the Global Enablement Lead - IBM Technology Strategic Partnership includes:
- Setting up the global enablement mission and strategy
- Set the enablement priorities align to business demand and organization growth
- Drive Upskilling / cross skilling. Set up baseline and drive the target across Geos and market
- Orchestrate and drive badges, certification program and campaign
- Drive instructor training, self-paced learning education and webinars
- Set up knowledge management framework to reuse sales asset like Case study, references etc.
- If required, drive special projects
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting (MBM, QBR etc)
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 2 years+ experience working within IBM learning management systems and orchestrating badges and certification programs
- 2 years+ experience with senior executive stakeholder management
- Thought leadership, analytical with consulting background
- Able to set a strategy and vision and lead a team to execute against it
- Ability to handle complex programs, and lead cross functional teams - IBM Consulting and across IBM technologies (software, IBM Public Cloud, Red Hat)
- Able to gather and inform requirements, and design and develop the learning strategy and curriculum to meet business needs
- Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity or complexity, and able to be effective within an unstructured / dynamic landscape
