Rockwell Automation's Global Lifecycle Services Business is seeking a team oriented, growth minded, experienced leader with outstanding communication skills to join our Global Services Portfolio team. The Global Capability Manager for Network & Cybersecurity Services will be responsible for driving the global business strategy, top line performance and global profitability for the Cybersecurity & Network Services offering. What you will do

  • Responsible for the global profitable revenue growth of the Cybersecurity and Network Services offering.
  • 6-10 direct reports including Product Managers and Product Specialists across a range of experience and skillset.
  • Lead the remotely distributed Cybersecurity and Network Services product management team to set the strategic vision and strategy for new offer development and existing offer improvement using market data, voice of customer, competitive assessments, and feedback from internal stakeholders such as Sales, Delivery and Customer Success.
  • Development and communication of a simple, clear, and consistent Cybersecurity and Network Services roadmap.
  • Partner with global peer Project Management Office leaders, Service Capability Managers, Development leaders and Functional leaders to execute a disciplined service development and release process.
  • Collaborate with Global Sales and Marketing partners to create consistent launch material, generate clear marketing and sales collateral, and support customer opportunities and engagements as needed.
  • Collaborate with regional delivery leaders to understand and resolve operational challenges that may hinder portfolio and delivery excellence.
  • Lead product management team to facilitate relationships and partnership details with global partners.
  • Develop a strong product management team with well-defined business goals, training and personnel growth objectives and robust succession plans.
  • Foster a product management team culture of employee empowerment, accountability, personnel growth, diversity and retaining and attracting top talent.
  • Support key M&A activities.
  • Adherence to planned costs, requirements, and schedule for service releases.
  • Departmental financial and budget management.

  • Continuously analyzes the dynamic Cybersecurity and Networking market to adjust business strategy and execution plans.
  • Strong people and organization leadership and support for direct reports.
  • Ensure consistency with other Capability Managers and peer functional leaders
  • Prioritize spending & investment based on revenue and profitability results.
  • Travels between 10-30% periodically based on customer and business needs.
  • Works across global regions dealing with time zone and cultural complexities.



Key Performance Metrics

  • Global Cybersecurity and Network Services profit and loss metrics.
  • New Service Introduction metrics such as on-time launch, revenue, margin, delivery readiness, customer success renewal readiness.
  • Adherence to department budget.
  • Organizational development metrics such as succession planning, personnel development and training, and mentorship.
  • Execution of product lifecycle management including product launches, continuous improvement, and end of life planning.



Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / IT/ Business / Marketing
  • Ability to travel Domestically & Internationally (Up to 30% as needed)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years business and people management experience, preferably in the industrial automation, cybersecurity and/or networking domains.
  • Knowledge and understanding of a services orientated business including go to market models, business drives and operational requirements.
  • Strong product management acumen and experience within the entire product lifecycle from business case development, to launch execution, to obsolescence.
  • Experienced at delivering results through cross-functional partnerships in a matrixed organization.
  • Empowers team members to make critical decisions and holds them accountable to meet business objectives.
  • Competent performing within a global, geographically distributed team and environment.
