What you'll do!

  • Provide technical and application leadership for the new business portfolio across globally by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed.
  • Develop, coordinate and deliver product application training to commercial team to improve client satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
  • Lead, educate, coach and advise the differentiation (technical application position) of the new business portfolio. Act as reference point to the Regional/ Zone account teams regarding technical application of their products.
  • Support trade shows and professional conferences by providing technical, workflow application product positioning.
  • Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies.
  • Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.


Who you are!

  • Minimum of a Master's degree in a Life Science subject or bachelor's with comparable work experience required.
  • 6 plus years of experience in research, technical support, application development in the cell culture market.
  • Cell therapy or cell processing experience is required.
  • Problem solving skills (communicate issues, and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers).
  • Excellent listening skills, with a self-motivated and results driven personality.
  • Prior cross countries/ regional experience is preferred.
  • Travel up to 50-70% depending on location.
