Hybrid/remote workforce:

Position details:

As a Gainsight Administrator for Experity, you will implement and manage the Gainsight platform for our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, deploy, and administer the Gainsight platform system configuration, Salesforce integration, reports, dashboards, end-to-end workflows
  • Collaborate with CSMs to gather business requirements that impact Gainsight and Salesforce, and configure the system to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify KPIs, data sources, and the frequency and granularity of data feeds
  • Develop new business processes in partnership with Client Success, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations
  • Design business rules that analyze customer data and trigger actions for the Client Success team to engage with customers
  • Help users to develop an understanding of contributors to customer health, sources of customer risk/churn, and positive trends
  • Partner with Enablement and Client Success Operations team members to manage mapping and documentation of client success processes
  • Manage day-to-day support of Gainsight users, including fielding questions, ad-hoc customizations, design and implementation of core functionality, workflow adjustments, and user administration, security, and permissions
  • Monitor system performance, data integrity, and user activity and suggestions to make recommendations, thus establishing a process of continuous improvement of the Gainsight platform
  • Maintain expertise in Gainsight, Salesforce, and other relevant software by staying up to date on new features, trends, and related technologies
  • Identify opportunities for improvement of existing tools and processes, including adopting new features in each Gainsight major release
  • Other duties as assigned



Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of operations experience or collaboration with operations stakeholders
  • 3+ years of Gainsight Admin and Salesforce Admin experience
  • Strong business and technical knowledge of Salesforce, Gainsight or other Enterprise Applications
  • Ability to work alongside multiple teams in various locations
  • Gainsight Certified Administrator Credentials
  • Experience implementing the Gainsight platform for enterprise teams
  • Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and database schema



Preferred:

  • Experience working in client-facing roles at B2B companies or in healthcare, preferably in a Client Success Manager, Implementation, or Account Management role
