Parachute Home seeks an experienced professional to join our growing Logistics team. The Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Parachute’s outbound shipping and returns. The Manager will work with our fulfillment team, drop ship, white glove delivery, reverse logistics partners to successfully deliver our large array of products to our customers. The Manager and team will continuously look for ways to improve the delivery experience and reduce cost.

What You’ll Do:

  • 5+ years of experience managing outbound transportation across multiple distribution centers and drop shippers globally
  • 5+ years of experience managing final mile, white glove delivery, and returns partners
  • Experience with domestic & international small volume parcel carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)
  • Experience with Ecommerce platforms and ERP systems, preferably NetSuite & Shopify
  • Experience with 3rd Party drop ship order flows from order transmission to final delivery
  • Collaborative and willing to work cross-functionally to share ideas and develop solutions to create the best possible customer experience at the lowest cost
  • Extremely organized with the ability to effectively manage daily operations and lead several initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency, ownership and accountability
  • Excellent Excel and analytical skills
  • Experience working with BI tools and analytics software (preferably Looker)
  • Ability to travel up to 10% including holidays & on short notice
