We are looking for a Front Desk Customer Service Representative with a strong sense of empathy to be the face of our pharmacy to customers, vendors, interviewees, and other guests. Together, we will provide world-class customer service to everyone who walks through our doors.

What you’ll do:
- Act as the point person for all patient and visitor needs
- Ensure that interviewees and other guests feel valued and attended to
- Notify hiring managers when interviewees arrive
- Keep the front of house clean, presentable, and professional
- Collaborate with pharmacy employees to assist patients who elect to pick their prescriptions up in person
- Leave visitors feeling delighted
What you'll have:
The most qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a pharmacy or other healthcare environment. Additionally, you should have:
