The First Choice Advisor Manager works with the First-Choice Advisor Center (FCAC) team in providing a comprehensive learning, professional development, and resource center to build strong first-choice advisory behaviors in client, prospective client and colleague interactions. This role will work with the FCAC team to help equip and instill confidence in our professionals to consistently deliver value (internally and externally) beyond technical capabilities or the terms of an engagement, while living out the 5 C's (Curious, Caring, Collaborative, Critical Thinkers, Courageous).

Location is open in the United States that align with RSM office locations.

Essential Duties

  • Provide coaching to individuals, teams, and leaders in the professional services field to RSM Alliance Member Firms to help them reach their full business potential. 20%
  • Lead and facilitate calls/meetings with our professionals RSM Alliance Member Firms ( and potentially existing potential clients), focusing on business development, team building, and relationship management strategies. Conduct/facilitate training, retreats, and workshops for small groups, and co-facilitate large group presentations - delivered in-person and/or virtually 30%
  • Assist the First-Choice Advisor Center team in the development of FCA curriculum (from topic identification to production) leveraging designed for live and digital platforms - leveraging existing content and leading edge client experience best practices. 20%
  • Collaborate Collaborate with RSM Alliance team Talent Team members on advisory skill building content and then facilitate/present advisory skill programs to RSM Alliance Member Firms. 20%
  • Build an internal network and position the FCAC to play a strategic role with stakeholders in the Firm 10%
  • Other duties as assigned 5%


EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required

EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years experience in a related field or area
  • 5+ years experience working with professional services firms
  • Skilled at leveraging knowledge, practice development, and thought leadership
