Job Description
Position pays $20/hr!
5% shift differential for hours worked from 6pm - 12am and 10% from 12am - 7am.

What you will be doing
You will be providing excellent customer service to our high value Commercial Card clientele who are customers of a world leader in the financial and banking industry. You will be assisting customers with account and product inquiries and performing account maintenance on financial accounts. It will be important that you ensure that service expectations are met and that you're able to establish a professional rapport with each customer.

  • Work from home eligible 2 month after completing training; performance based
  • Training will be 6am-2:45pm onsite for 4 weeks Mon.-Fri.
  • Address a high volume of inbound calls from company administrators
  • Investigate complex commercial card declines and authorizations
  • Assist company administrators with accessing and viewing available reports
  • Track and document inbound support requests
  • Follow up on escalated issues with coaching to learn appropriate solutions
  • Work schedules include one weekend day & one weekday off

Our training class is scheduled to start Monday, February 14th.
What you bring:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center
  • Strong critical thinking and solution management skills
  • Prior call center and/or banking experience required
  • Excellent customer service skills (verbal and written) that foster customer satisfaction
  • Intermediate to advanced computer navigation and operation skills


Added bonus if you have:

  • B2B experience
  • Client administration experience

Also, overtime work is an essential function of this position. From time to time you could be required to work overtime.
