The Role: Field Enablement Manager

Open to remote work location in the USA

As a Field Enablement Manager you will play an important role in our Enablement team assisting in a variety of projects and tasks related to the delivery of sales and support content to our sellers. 

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President of Enablement. 

Responsibilities

  • Gather input and content from various stakeholders for a new monthly Enablement team monthly e newsletter communication
  • Post regular cadence of headlines and information through our collaboration tools – Slack, email
  • Assist with the organization, uploading, tagging of sales and customer success content into our new Field Content Management and Delivery solution
  • Assist with the rollout and training of Field Content Management and Delivery solution – setting up webcasts, sending invitations, tracking participation, gathering feedback on events
  • Prepare reports, for example event participation, feedback, program adoption
  • Attend meetings with teams to understand the various programs we are implementing and maintaining in our Sales organization.
  • Create online training courses for the different modules using modalities such as videos, quizzes, hands on, in-app learning, and more
  • Lead product training sessions for sellers (Bootcamp included)
  • Evaluate seller learning and adoption. Make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Create instructional materials (presentations, course outlines, exercises, and homework assignments)
  • Research and recommend innovative learning techniques to maximize impact and retention of training materials

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enablement
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to create enablement content and assets we can reuse in the field
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity and comfort level working in Google Suite Applications
  • Ability to learn new applications quickly – Zoom for webcasts, Slack for communications and collaboration, Salesforce.com, Smartsheets for project tracking/management/reporting, Learning Management Systems for field training delivery/reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills
  • Outgoing with a comfort level working with and collaborating across various organizations
