You Are:
A strategic delivery lead to manage delivery of a growing portfolio of ServiceNow digital platform engagements. Manage delivery of multiple programs and task orders. Mobilize new task orders as awarded, identify and lead capture growth, and build manage senior client relationships. Reports directly to account leadership and works closely with existing sector platform lead.
The Work:
- Responsible for driving and managing strategic programs and projects in key areas
- May serve as the owner of key processes or assist the lead in managing team engagement, budgets, and related reporting
- Act as a subject matter expert and support teams by applying deep expertise and knowledge
- Frequent travel to DC and other client sites may be required
