You are:

The Client Service Manager will help our largest customers understand the new data models introduced by the new commerce experience, support how their data is migrated and what technical infrastructure changes are needed, and support how they will manage their internal operational reporting and financial management functions. You will be able to demonstrate how customers can consolidate their data across their Enterprise Agreements EA and into the new experience and how to account for the new Role Based Access Controls RBAC roles and models. Additionally, you will identify priority feature needs centered around the introduction of the new data model, RBAC, and Application Programming Interfaces APIs , and where needed, build short term stop gap solutions in partnership with key customers to support their migration efforts.

The work:

The Client Service Manager will:

  • Be the primary contact for escalations from Tier 1 to executive level
  • Triage escalation and ensure that they are worked or assigned to the proper individual for resolution
  • Be the subject matter expert SME on the new commerce experience APIs, RBAC, and data structure and how it differs from the EA SME on commerce systems across the target clouds and the customer experiences between clouds
  • Resolve escalations per Troubleshooting Guides TSGs and work with other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to update guides and process as they evolve
  • Partner with other technical resources on the team to drive asks into the Engineering teams through our technical program management team.
  • Prepare collateral that can be leveraged for customer facing discussions when none currently exists.
