You are:
A consummate organizer. You have a passion for acting as the go-to person for planning, organizing, and overseeing operations related to ongoing projects. You partner with others on the project team to ensure projects are running smoothly and on time. You are also extremely detail oriented.

The work:

The Budget Operations Specialist is part of the AFS Technology Operations Team which manages financials for AFS Technology and supports career development initiatives for the ~8,000 AFS Technology employees. This requires strong data analysis, problem solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You may be responsible to:

• Communicate budgets to leadership and work with them on forecast revisions
• Analyze actual costs against forecasts, determining material variances and their causes
• Streamline forecasting processes where possible
• Enhance reporting and data analysis tools
• Maintain and enhance career journey guidance for AFS Technology employees
• Provide reports and presentations for leadership briefings

Basic qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in budget forecasting, data reporting & analysis
• Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor's degree
• US citizen (no dual)

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI
• Strong written and oral communication
• Strong problem solving skills

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $55,100- $81,199 and information on benefits offered is here.
