General Summary of Purpose:
Manages the various functions that contribute to the fulfillment of personalization orders in acost effective manner. Directly supervises hourly and salary staff in the timely and accuratefulfillment of personalized orders. Responsible for coaching and developing hourly andmanagement staff. Promotes a continuous process improvement philosophy and approach.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions
1. Assume assigned operational responsibilities that may include, but are not limited to:Receiving, Order Fulfillment, Personalization of product including ASI, EquipmentOperations, Inventory Management, Support Activities, and Shipping.
2. Work closely with warehouse director to develop intimate knowledge of currentfulfillment methodologies, measures of performance, critical success factors,opportunities, weaknesses and risks
3. Assist the department in assuming financial accountability; profit contribution throughcost controls, performance management and continuous process improvement
4. Allocate work to Personalization and/or Inventory areas based on staffing, availableequipment, timely processing and management directives
5. Use available computer systems to monitor, track and expedite production
6. Supervise shifts to maintain balanced workflow between Personalization areas ensuringtimely and accurate order processing and meeting operational goals including directsupervision of management and hourly employees
7. Develop long and short term staffing requirements based on order forecasts
8. Analyzes, researches and resolves issues effecting timely order processing to includemachine and system issues
9. Communicate effectively orally and in writing with staff members, management staffand adjacent areas
10. Develop hourly staff skills and work to build a team environment ensuring training ofstaff members in all essential phases of personalization
11. Provide performance feedback and coaching to hourly staff working in a performancemanagement environment
12. Foster management employee development and growth through the use of corporatedevelopment tools, personal coaching, and stretch assignments
13. Promote an environment that encourages employee engagement including participationin the resolution of employee issues, assuring timeliness and consistency
14. Timely completion of administrative duties to include; attendance and performancetracking, documentation of employee relations issues, recommendation of correctiveaction, staff scheduling and rotation of job duties
15. Completes annual performance evaluations on direct reports and recommends meritrecognition
16. Investigates and completes accident/incident reports. Follows up with injuredemployees on light duty status to ensure compliance with physician restrictions
17. Ensures compliance of all established housekeeping procedures
18. Improve and innovate procedures to increase production, solve business issues and/orto make the staff's job easier and more efficient
19. Works with and safeguards confidential information on a daily basis
20. Maintain a safe work environment and ensure staff is adhering to OSHA standards
21. Maintain regular, predictable attendance
22. Abide by all fulfillment center and Oriental Trading Company policies and procedures
23. Must be able to attend face to face meetings on short or little advance notice
24. Work in the Fulfillment Center Department office environment requires in-personcollaboration among colleagues and contractors

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communications • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Business accounting knowledge • Proficiency with Microsoft applications preferred • Ability to work with and safeguard confidential information on a daily basis

Education • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience • Minimum three years supervisory experience in order fulfillment or manufacturingenvironment

Other Qualifications and Physical Requirements • The ability to walk or stand for the duration of the shift • The ability to occasionally lift and move 35-50 pounds • Requires good eyesight, hand/eye coordination, and attention to detail

Equipment Utilization
Telephone, PC, facsimile machine, copier. box knife, tape gun, freight elevator and pallet jack.
Must be able to demonstrate and operate all personalization equipment as required.

Dimensions of Responsibility

Partner with directors, department managers from other areas and fulfillment operations withinthe company to ensure that the fulfillment center decision making process is aligned with theorganization. Promote a collaborative team environment with other fulfillment center and divisiondirectors and managers with a customer centric approach to projects and initiatives

Description of Working Conditions
Works partly in an office environment and partly in an active fulfillment center where variations
in light, noise, and temperature may occur, and where exposure to dust may be a factor.
